Stratford EMS uses DigiTech to manage it’s EMS billing functions.  Digitech bills your insurance carrier for the services we provide.  If you have questions regarding a bill you received, you can contact them Toll Free at: (855) 978-6301 or via e-mail at: [email protected].

 

Effective May 13, 2026, the Town of Stratford updated its EMS billing ordinance so that residents who are financially able may now be responsible for copayments, deductibles, or coinsurance amounts not paid by insurance, and can utilize HSA’s to pay while protections remain in place for elderly and qualifying hardship cases.
